Shipping & Exchanges
US customers may only exchange items within 30 days after delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All International orders are final (international exchanges are only accepted in result of our error).
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us for a return address - Make sure to add a note with your items stating your previous order number and what you’d like to exchange it for. Items must be in resellable conditions, any wear/wash or damage by the customer will not be accepted.

We can ship to any address in the world. Please allow 5 - 7 days for us to process your order. Also keep in mind this is a one man operation so try to be patient. Shipping can take up to two weeks in some cases. If you ever have any concerns about your order feel free to reach out. International Order placed using (First Class International Shipping may not include tracking updates, counties outside of the USA are NOT required to scan in items for tracking). Refunds for international customers will only be allowed if packages have insurance on them and we are able to complete a claim that it is lost.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose . Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page (this does not include our processing time). Custom fees for international orders are your full responsibility and those fees solely depend on your countries import tax.
If your items get sent back to Awarewolf for a failure to pick up or failure to pay custom fees, ect. you will have to pay shipping a second time. Orders will be put on hold until the shipping has been paid. Awarewolf will only pay for shipping fees if it is in result of our error.
